Cold weather always makes me crave sweets more than usual. Fortunately, I had a night off work on Thursday so I decided to fufill my desire to bake. I found the recipe for these buttery, brown sugary cupcakes here. Although the recipe didn't call for it, I decided to add crunch to the middle bite by sprinkling Heath bar over the icing. My dad claimed they were the best cupcakes he has had in awhile. Good thing my mom only makes cookies and brownies or he would get the evil eye.
