Green smoothies are my latest addiction. Actually, smoothies in general are. It's satisfying to gather a bunch of ingredients found in the fridge, blend them together, and the result is something similar to a milkshake, sans the calories. I've been drinking smoothies post-workout and I'm surprisingly really full afterward. My favorite part about this green smoothie is that I get a full serving of fruits and veggies. Enjoy!
Ingredients include a handful of sliced cucumber, banana, mango, celery, and apple, oats, coconut milk, and soy protein powder. I also thought afterward that honey would be a really great addition as a natural sweetener.
