blueberries in the blender.

It makes it difficult to be a health nut when ice cream and chips are always in the kitchen. It's also difficult to eat healthy when I'm at school for seven hours twice a week. I took a tip from the gym rats that sit behind me in class and decided to buy soy protein powder to add to smoothies. For breakfast and after a workout, I'll whip up a fruity drink to fill me up and restore protein.
